How to submit

If you have a transcription or scan of a letter, you can submit it directly through our admin interface. Your submission will be reviewed and added to the archive.

Prepare the letter

Include the full text, author, recipient, date, and location if known.

Visit the admin panel

Use the button below to open the content management system.

Submit for review

Your letter will be reviewed and published in the archive.

Guidelines

  • • Letters must be from the World War I or World War II era (1914–1945)
  • • Include any known context about the letter's journey
  • • Verify the accuracy of dates and locations where possible
  • • Respect privacy — only submit letters that are in the public domain or for which you have permission
